Before & After: Semi Permanent Makeup Eyeliner

This lovely lady likes her top eyeliner thick. She doesn't use any type of pencil or liner on her bottom eyelid. She told me shes been getting a lot of compliments on her eyeliner. I am looking forward to her retouch appointment!
