Restrictions
Please bear in mind when making your booking you will need to have a patch test done prior to your appointment. Please allow at least 7 days. Booking Fee
Booking Fee £200 will be required to reserve your appointment at the time of the booking. The Booking Fee will go towards the total price of your treatment. The Booking Fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 1 week prior to the appointment time. In such situations the original Booking Fee will NOT go towards the newly rescheduled treatment. The Booking Fee is non-refundable for no-shows. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be at the practitioner’s discretion to decide if you can go ahead with your treatment that day. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you lose your Booking Fee and will need to reschedule your appointment for another date, as well as paying a new Booking Fee towards the new appointment reservation. Please note, every time you are late to your appointment it affects the rest of the appointment times after yours, please be respectful and stay professional.
Consultation
All treatments visits always start with a consultation on the day of your treatment (for the full process of the treatment please check 'The Process of Treatment' in 'About' section). The informal chat is designed to put you at ease and to give you an opportunity to discuss your desired outcome.
If you are not sure about the procedure and only wish to attend advanced consultation, please arrange a 30 minute appointment (£90). You can then decide if you wish to go ahead with your discussed treatment at a future date. The £90 consultation fee will be charged at the time of the booking.
Retouch After The Treatment
Every treatment is followed by a complimentary retouch that takes 1h – 1h 15minutes for microblading & permanent makeup. The complimentary retouch is already included in the price of the treatment. The retouch must be completed between 6 weeks and 3 months after the initial treatment.
There is NO retouch after 'Colour Boost' or Beauty Spots / Freckles (meaning one appointment only), and procedures specified in the price list as per session; Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) treatments are priced as a package.
Appointments booked after the 3-month complimentary retouch period will be charged at the Colour Boost treatment price.
